In collaboration with Invest Hamilton County, a sister organization of Hamilton County Tourism, I designed this accessible, user-friendly resource to help local employers and community partners better understand and support workplace mental health. I provided layout and editorial design, working with existing content to structure the guide for readability and practical use.
