I’m passionate about creating something that means something.
As a creative director, designer, and writer currently based in the Midwest, I work with lifestyle brands, publishers, creative studios, and community-focused organizations to tell good stories — through brand identity, editorial content, digital design, product, and human-centered experiences.
My background is multidisciplinary: I’ve led creative direction for brand campaigns, developed audience strategy and content, designed for tourism and community organizations, built a lifestyle brand from the ground up, and conducted design research for published scientific studies. I also have experience as a surface and pattern designer, with designs sold to major, national brands and retailers.
My career really took off when I accepted a role in health services research as a People-Centered Design Researcher. I was part of a pioneering team that revolutionized the way research is done by collaborating with healthcare researchers and patients to design more inclusive and engaging research experiences. I am listed as an author on several published studies in scientific and medical journals. This work molded me into the designer that I am today: grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a deep respect for content and audience.
I also write an ongoing monthly astrology column, and occasionally create other features content as a guest author. This keeps me connected to storytelling, symbolism, and editorial rhythm.
I believe in creative work that is thoughtful, human, and values-aligned. I’m especially drawn to projects with a strong point of view — brands and people with something to say — and to collaborations where I can bring my full self to the table.
Let’s make something good together.
